86% of companies who were able to calculate ROI on the coaching engagement indicated that their company had at least made their investment back, with almost 30% of those saying they saw an ROI of 10 to 49 times their investment.
Chief Learning Officer journal reported (2021) that more than 70 percent of organizations offer leadership coaching. Of the 70 percent that engage in external executive coaching, >40 percent report that their investment in such coaching has increased year on year, with significant returns to the organization in the form of culture, productivity, engagement and profit.

Sajedah is an accomplished executive with global strategy, business transformation and operational leadership across Aerospace, Technology, HR, and Marketing domains, including product design, sales, delivery, and customer experience.
With twenty years’ experience in both commercial and business aviation, Sajedah was responsible for the design and management of the Bombardier Q400, CRJ and CSeries cost-by-hour solutions, as well as component reliability, asset management and supply chain across commercial aircraft programs. She went on to manage strategy and business development for parts services at Bombardier, delivering significant growth, cost optimization and increased customer satisfaction.
Sajedah later moved into business aviation as Transformation Officer for the Global Express, Challenger, and Learjet aftermarket, delivering double-digit sales, delivery efficiency and heightened customer experience worldwide.
She went on to become Chief Executive Officer & Board Director at AJW Technique, AJW Group’s aerospace maintenance organization, where she was in charge of leading strategy and business development, product, and services innovation, whilst ensuring flawless execution and customer response across European and Canadian service centres.
Sajedah also led People strategy for the Group, responsible for implementing HR strategies to support the strategic plan, fostering a culture of quality, inclusiveness, learning, development, and innovation.
Additionally, as Marketing leader for the Group, Sajedah managed the planning, development, and execution of creative and commercial multi-media strategies, to achieve sales and brand positioning goals.
She won the honour of being one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers in Aerospace in 2020.
Sajedah is an active Women in Aerospace Board Director, an avid Tech Board Member, and transformation coach to emerging and established executives and companies with her Lead to Learn programs. She supports various charity, entrepreneurship, and youth programs, with her passions being family, her three daughters, art, food, travel, and kickboxing.
She is fluent in English and French, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of London, England with Six Sigma, Lean Management, Agile and Business Process Engineering certifications.
